Looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician for our commercial cleaning company. You will lead a team of cleaning technicians, oversee their work, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards. Provide guidance and support as needed. Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Evaluate work performed by cleaning technicians to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations. Coordinate with clients to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns and ensure they are addressed promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with management to order supplies as needed. Perform hands-on cleaning duties as necessary, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all team members follow proper safety procedures while performing their duties. Keep accurate records of work performed, including inventory logs, and client communication. Assist management in evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Qualifications: Bilingual - Spanish and English Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 4 of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work as needed. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
